Meetings
Birmingham LUG Meetings are normally held on the third Thursday of the month at 7.30pm, in room UG40 in the School of computer science at the University of Birmingham. This does sometimes vary though, so please check the meetings list and notes below before turning up. Directions to find us are located here.
Please note that the main door to computer science is usually locked between at 5 and 6pm, HOWEVER, UG40 is the glass fronted room to the rear right, wave at us and somebody will come and let you in ! We have a wireless doorbell, which should help in attracting attention. Look for the penguin and press the button.
Birmingham LUG Advertising Poster(s)
If you want to adverstise Birmingham LUG meetings at your local library/club/place of work etc, we now have a generic poster (Thanks to Keith White) you can print out and put up. Click here to download (43k). For meetings with important speakers, we shall also have specific posters advertising the event. Please check the meetings pages for these downloads.
